Yes, for everything that matters: sign-up, browsing profiles, likes and unlimited chat with your matches. Diamonds and the Premium subscription are optional: they help you go faster (message without a match, see who liked you, boost…).

Sign-up is reserved for adults aged 18 and over, on the website and in the app.

Turn on location or enter your city: Single Dating suggests the singles closest to you. You set the distance, age range and the gender you're looking for in your preferences.

Only signed-in members. Your profile never appears on the website's public pages or in search engines, and your email address is never shown.

Yes. Sign in with the same method (email, Google or Apple) and you'll find your profile, matches, conversations and diamonds.

First check your spam folder: it's the most common cause. If nothing shows up after a few minutes, resend the email from the sign-in page or write to our support team.

Take a selfie copying the requested gesture. Once it's approved, the badge appears on your profile: other members know you're a real person.

Photos are analysed automatically, profiles can be verified with a selfie and our team handles reports. Every member can report or block a profile in two clicks.

Go to Options > Delete account, on the website or in the app. Your profile, photos and likes are erased immediately. Remember to cancel any subscription from Google Play or the App Store.

By default, a conversation only opens when the like is mutual. You can also send a priority message, paid in diamonds (cheaper with Premium), to write without waiting for a match.

They're the app's in-app currency: they let you send a message without a match, see who has already liked your profile, or undo a like you passed on too quickly. The cost of each option is shown before you use it.

Yes, in the app: by watching a short video ad to the end. The limit is 5 free diamonds per day.
